- Resource planning, briefing, brainstorming, milestones & deadline keeping and invoicing
- Maintaining the day-to-day project flow reports, asset gathering and distribution
- Communicating reviews, clarifications, revisions and deliveries both internally and to the client
- Being proactively responsible for foreseeing and solving issues as they arise
- Maintaining efficient processes and systems within the team
- Supporting the client leader in business development by researching, generating ideas and preparing presentations
